Dale’s book, “60 in 6: Everything Your Mother Told You To Do” speaks to Dale’s journey from morbid obesity to a healthy lifestyle that only took 9.5 months and the positives that have resulted will last a lifetime. Dale lost 85 pounds over the course of 9.5 months (the first 60 only took 6 months) using the two most simple formulas in the world. 1) More out than in and 2) 50/50 diet/exercise. It took Dale 41 years to come to the epiphany that he had.
My resolve to no longer be a fatty with horrible self-esteem issues and transform my life and lifestyle is chronicled in these pages. I’ve lived in many places but my current home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida makes my healthy lifestyle amazingly fun and enjoyable. I know more Americans can conquer their obsession with food and a sedentary lifestyle.
